Selected articles may be available for sampling. Production feasibility, repeatability, quantities and timing are confirmed according to the individual article and project.

We work from a creative brief, physical swatch, archive reference or image to identify, adapt or develop a technically realistic textile route.
Selected running bases and colour-card options can support sampling, colour trials, print trials and selected small-batch projects, subject to current availability and technical validation.
Sustainability, Traceability & Brand Reputation
We support compliance-aware textile decisions with certified material options, order- and lot-specific traceability data, supply-chain due diligence and documentation defined according to the project.

Projects may start from 20 pieces per style, subject to product category and technical feasibility. Final pricing and timing are confirmed only after technical validation and approval of a repeatable prototype and validated BOM.

Why the Lombardy Textile District matters

Certification is specific to the product and the production lot
GOTS, GRS, FSC and other certified material routes may require dedicated processing, segregation, minimum technical quantities, Chain of Custody and Transaction Certificates.
A certified upstream fabric does not automatically make a finished garment—or an entire collection—certified.
For samples, prototypes and small lots, ARNIA confirms the technically and legally admissible route case by case.

Is ARNIA a textile mill?
ARNIA is an Italian textile converter and production partner. We coordinate selected and monitored specialist mills, workshops and garment partners while retaining responsibility for project management, client communication, quality oversight, documentation and the agreed traceability process.
Can ARNIA work from a swatch, archive fabric or image?
In many cases, yes. A physical reference and technical information improve accuracy. Feasibility depends on composition, construction, yarns, finishing, quantities, target cost, repeatability and intellectual-property constraints.
Does ARNIA support small quantities?
Selected collection and stock-supported articles may support sampling and smaller projects. Custom fabric MOQs depend on the textile process. Cut & Sew projects may start from 20 pieces per style, subject to category and technical feasibility.
Can a prototype or small production lot be certified?
Not automatically. Certification may require minimum technical quantities, dedicated processing, segregation, a valid Chain of Custody and a Transaction Certificate. ARNIA confirms the admissible route for each article and production lot.
When can ARNIA confirm price and delivery timing?
For fabrics, we need a defined article, specification, quantity and process. For garments, final pricing and timing are confirmed after technical validation and approval of a repeatable prototype and BOM.
Can ARNIA work under NDA?
Yes. Sensitive design, technical and supply-chain information can be managed under NDA and disclosed according to the legitimate purpose and stage of the project.
